Issue 116 - SOAP-over-UDP - Update references and related changes

Document: SOAP-over-UDP WD-02

 

Suggested changes:

 

1.  Change/add references: RFC 3986, IPv4, IPv6, SOAP 1.1, SOAP 1.2, WS-Addressing 1.0, WS-Security, XML 1.0.

2.  Update copyright year to 2009

3.  Clarify that SOAP-over-UDP does NOT have a default port since it is NOT an application level protocol.

4.  Add message examples that show case use of addressable [reply endpoint] values.

5.  Clarify use of IPv5 hop limit.

6.  Clarify security considerations for use of [reply endpoint].

7.  Update UNICAST_UDP_REPEAT and MULTICAST_UDP_REPEAT constant values to 1 and 2 respectively.
