Hi, every one.

The minutes(January 6, 2009) says about Issues 52 and 56 (event filtering),
"These should be handled in the high level specs, like the print spec."

I'd like to know the reason
why the issues should be handled in the high level specs.
Does anyone tell me the clear reasons?
