This is the first time I've seen a public review draft involving a
.docx file as the editable
source. Personally I'd just like to voice an objection to using this
file format for what
this particular public review draft calls the 'Authoritative Format' -
because 1. there are
few tools which can read this format and because 2. the OASIS-open Process
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process-2008-06-19.php requires,
as far as I
read it, either .doc or .odt for the editable source.
