Thanks Anish! I guess the options you pointed out are not bad and would
certainly work for some one who is reviewing the spec more closely,
perhaps from beginning to end!

The question is - If some one wanted to search for all the changes to
the specs due to a particular issue, what are his options? With MS Word,
one solution is to "find issue#" since the find function visits both the
main text as well as the comments.

I am not suggesting that we must have a solution for every possible kind
of spec reader. I am simply trying to understand what we can and can not
do at the moment. I am fine if the issue # annotation is currently
non-searchable.
