I've uploaded all of the latest files
into our CD9 folder - including the proposed edits for the ws-policy issue.
In the zip file contains everything
including a diff from last approved CD (CD8.1).
I've also uploaded the files to the
RX TC docs page (Latest Editor's....  files).  
As always, please look things over to
make sure I didn't miss anything - and watch for those URL oddities :-)
If we don't hear any responses to Sanjay's
note (about objecting to Marc's proposal) soon we can probably point the
TC to the "Latest Editor's... " files so they can review them
as well.
