Is there anyway we could simply reduce the TC call to one hour and use
the last 30 minutes to discuss this topic?

I wasn't intending these to be the regular times. I'm just trying to 
bootstrap the process. Can you let me know which times you can do this 
week? We can organise a further call time on the call itself.
