Paul - thanks for noticing.  I've added that fix to the next WD - not big enough to regen the candidate CD.

Line 163 contains the following text:

"Line (21) indicates that the policy in Line (11-14) applies to this
binding, ..."

I believe we should change "Line (21)" to "Line (19)".
