State table changes required based on resolved (Closed+Done) issues,plus one new editorial comment

I have looked over the state table in CD03 and note that the following resolutions have not been incorporated:

 

Editorial (new, transcription error):

Change first use of the state name “Closed” in RMS table from Closed to Closing

 

Issue 84 (Status Closed on 2006-03-22)

Change RMS State table:

Row: Sequence Closed Fault

S/Ignore?/Ignore/

S/?/Closed/

 

Issue 91(status Done on 2006-03-22) indicates the following state table changes:

Changes to make in the tables: (ref CD03)

RMS state table:

Row: Unknown Sequence Fault:

S/Terminated?/Terminated/

Row: Sequence Terminated Fault:

S/Terminated?/Terminated/

 

RMD state table:

Row: Unknown Sequence Fault:

S/Terminated?/Terminated/

Row: Sequence Terminated Fault:

S/Terminated?/Terminated/

 

These are the changes that I think have been indicated by those issues that are indicated in the issues list as being either Closed or Done
