I think the proposal for EPRs with IDs and ReliableMessaging GET should be seriously considered, and not WS-Transfer GET option.  I put that one forth to show the problem of boxcarring the response which motivates ReliableMessaging Get.

How many and which out of the three or so proposals you submitted  today would you recommend to the TC to deliberate upon? I am asking this solely to clarify the set of alternatives that the TC should focus on and possibly make some progress ...

I've written up a rough draft of what an id extension to an EPR with a commensurate comparison function and getMessageForEPR operation would look like.
