A couple of minor edits.  Under the Agenda Approval Item:

I think I said something like:

The TC has not established target dates for completion, making
implementation plans difficult.  This may impact adoption of the spec as
well as the work of the recently chartered WS-I RSP WG.

And I believe Paul F. suggested an AI for the chairs to determine a
target date for closing issues, from which we could drive the TC's
schedule to completion.
