New Web Ballot to Affirm WS-Trust v1.3 as an OASIS Standard

During the meeting on 7 March 2007 concerns were expressed that the roster of Voting Members was not up-to-date. I have been advised by the Chairs that the roster is now current and the web ballot can begin.

Below is the list of eligible Voting Members. If anyone feels there are discrepencies with this list, please notify the TC Chairs as well as myself and we will work to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
