Update:
Attached is the draft profile that will be discussed tomorrow as item 6
of the agenda.  I sent a similar draft several weeks ago, since there
have been a few changes so I'll attach the update. 

HIMSS InterOp:
We hope the TC will allow us to add this profile as a work item, since
the newly forming XSPA TC intends to use the finished profile as the
basis for a HIMSS InterOp early next year.  The guidance of the WS-SX
will strengthen this document immensely and prepare us for that event.
Health care profiles from SSTC (SAML) and XACML will also be joined with
the proposed WS-SX profile to provide the scope required by the selected
use cases. 

Goal:
The ultimate goal is to produce an OASIS XSPA TC profile (referencing
the profiles above) that can be made an OASIS standard and thereby
qualified for use by HITSP in their selected standards used to implement
the AHIC health care use cases.  Since the HITSP work product will be
mandatory for Government agencies, we hope to establish the option to
use WS-Trust in that sector with this effort.
