Subject: notes from Dec. 3 call

Participants on todays call were: Monica, Yaron, John, and Peter. Here's
what we discussed for the agenda next week:
- Vote on issues with proposed resolutions (50, 62, 77, 85)
- Issue discussion
1. Coordination between processes - prepare for specific issues with the
following:
- use case from Monica and Sid
- implementation scenarios with Rania and possibly others
- discuss Issues 2, 16, 30, 53-59, 10, 37, 78, 81, 25 and the multi-start
thread of email that was active on Oct.
2. Correlation (issues left over from Sept. f2f) including 8, 26, 28, 29,
31, 33, 37 and 44.
3. Error handling and compensation (leftover from Sept f2f) including 1,
25, 30.
4. WSDL, XML and related issues (left over from Sept.): 11, 15
5. Event handler issues (left over from Sept): 43

John and I will flesh this out the other topics folks have suggested. We
will break approx. every 2 hrs. to recap for phone participants and vote
as appropriate.

Monica will let me know tomorrow if its ok to include the use case she and
Sid are working on on the agenda (also let me know if it should have a
better name). We put the coordination between processes early on the
agenda so that the implementation work can be done in time to accomodate
the schedules of a couple participants in it as we expect that discussion
and the use case discussion to shed some light on the overall topic.

We also discussed the concept of trying to work on a "meta issue" related
to support for legacy applications. The consensus was that this should be
dealt with on a case by case basis as problem areas are identified (eg,
issue 77).
