Hi DK, Yes, I also have a similar interpretation (i.e. attributes at "tExtension" are required) even though we don't have explicit text in the proposal that state so. Therefore, I adjust the corresponding part of schema listed in 92.4 proposal. Thank you for confirming my interpretation.
