I understand about the members page - its been that way for about 10 days since the first outages started. 
This page: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/  works for me, at least right now.   Its hard to know if it has something to do with your configuration because the availability of the site seems to still be somewhat intermittent.  
I spoke with Jamie Clark today and he assured me that all measures were being taken to correct the situation.

The link on the public page (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/) is broken.
There is no link at all on the members page (when you can get into it, which I only occasionally can).

Our home page http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/ says:

The mail archive has not been created yet. Once a message is sent, archives
will be created and updated regularly.

Our archives were originally available at
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/ but now seem to be gone.

Google does give some links to particular e-mails which do appear to live
somewhere under that URL but unfortunately I can't seem to find a link to
our threads going beyond August 1st.

What's going on?
