The pointer is to your own RTF posting use case - and the array handling
XPath
example in it - and then I just noted in my comments to you on that
it appeared to be XPath V2.0 functionality that was used for that syntax.

Beyond that - I'd suggest that the use case name - rather than data
manipulation -
since you are not manipulating it - just assigning values between
structures -
should better be -

Variable assignment to support simple information consolidation and binding
