Following issues have outstanding proposals
to vote    
-> 37: deferred on the last call
there was discussion about a few folks working off list on alternatives
for this.  I haven't seen anything more since then.   
->issue 34 
-> 107, 91, 97 99: deferred pending
progress in the group working on abstract processes.  Will ask Phil
for an update on progress.       
-> issue 75  
->issue 83
Other issues for discussion: 
-> proposal on 103:  Alex and
Yaron report they are still working on this and seemed to think its unlikely
to have a resolution by next week, but we should check with them.
