Description: For details on this issue please refer to http://www.goland.org/Tech/wsdl11mess.htm. The good news is that there is an errata coming out for WS-I BP 1.1 and apparently there is some possibility that this gratuitous incompatibility will be fixed.
Submitter’s proposal: For now we just track this issue and see if WS-I manages to fix it before we finish up. Otherwise we will have to pick which of the WSDL versions to support.
