Do we need to convert the doc to HTML / PDF format or word one of the
acceptable formats? IIRC it needed to be in a format like HTML / PDF.
Also we update the spec quite often. Are you asking that we upload to
the TC site each time one of the editors updates the spec ?
That could be an over kill no? We have not done that thus far. Perhaps
a monthly update?

Hi,
As discussed in the TC call today, the CVS source forge site for the
WS-BPEL TC specs is here:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/wsbpeltc/specifications/
I believe the site is accessible by all TC members (John / Diane please
correct if otherwise).
If people can access this site, they can see all the running changes.
We
will then need to upload a version to the OASIS TC site when we want a
formal review and approval by the TC only. Is this good enough or do we
still need a version uploaded to the TC specs section now?
