Sure ... we can do a global replace from "bpws:" to "bpel:" for cosmetic 
consistency later. :-)

At the same time, I would like to remind people that we have not done 
the schema refactoring for Exec BPEL vs Abstract BPEL yet (also 
applicable to its profile as well)
