Our currently goals for MUWS Uarch are to come to agreement on what we are
doing by agreeing on an initial diagram and to agree on an architecture
document table of contents.

Our action item for the next meeting is:

* Igor will produce a version of the current MOWS UML diagram for MUWS.
* Email discussion will occur 

With the goal of being able to agree on the diagram at next weeks meeting.

We will adopt UML as our diagraming notation - but include explainatory text
in the document

I. Concepts section
	conceptual model - diagram
	explaination of the major concepts
II. Logical
	information meta model
	definition of roles
	processing model and interactions patterns
	delegation architecture (was distribution)	
III. Implementation Architecture
