              This was
a new issued opened by Greg Carpenter.  Greg will have 
         
              a proposal
for this hopefully sometime this week. We will have 
         
              to push
off the CD vote by another couple of weeks to process 
         
              this.
 The hit is probably worth it to get this done earlier
         
              rather
than later.  If you have any issues with the proposal, 
         
              you need
to register them as soon as possible in preparation for
         
              discussion
at the next TC meeting (April 15th).
