Subject: WSIA 5/21/2002: [wsia][wsia-requirements][R702 and R904]

Suggested combination with proposed wording:
Operations and semantics related to persisting and using stateful
information by instances of the Producer's service are:

*	A WSIA Web Service Producer MAY persist subsets of context data.
When a WSIA Web Service is created, persistence MAY eliminate the need
to communicate context data.
*	A Consumer SHOULD refer to stored collections of context data
persisted by the Producer.
*	The Producer SHOULD indicate the allowable set of persistent
context data.
*	The Producer SHOULD indicate to the Consumer how to reference
the allowable set of persistent context data.

Thanks. Monica
