Reformulation of XSD issue 3

The subscribe and getCurrentMessage operations should have a common
subset of errors dealing with topic expression related faults. Right now
getCurrentMessage contains two faults related to the topic expression:
InvalidTopicExpressionFault and TopicNotSupportedFault, while the
subscription operation only defines a single fault related to the topic
expression: TopicPathDialectUnknownFault. IMO these three faults seem
applicable to both operations.
