Subject: sgg comments on BrokeredN

Hi Guys:
A few comments (as markup on the document).

Here are the highlights of my quick review:
  1. There didn't seem to be much markup in the text itself.  Can the editors comment on what text has changed?
  2. (nit) the file name doesn't seem  to reflect the file naming convention (URL, however looks ok)
  3. We need to (as a TC) think about changing the date to 2004/06 (William has suggested this, and I concur)
  4. I recommend that we move the contributors list to an appendix (keeps the forematter shorter)
  5. For BaseN, we included a goals and requirements section, essentially text copied/pasted from the PubSub whitepaper, perhaps we should do it here as well? (in BaseN, this appears as section 1.1)
  6. The namespace prefixes in section 1.2 should refer to the .xsd (for the most part) and include namespace prefixes for the WSDL.
  7. Instead of using tabs in the various XML listings, please use 3 spaces
  8. The examples (eg section 5.4.1, and other sections) should use the timestamped URI to the xsd for BrokeredN as the URI to associate with the prefix wsbn
  9. The examples (eg section 5.4.1 and other sections) should use the element name "NPResourceDisambiguator" instead of "NPResourceId"
  10. Section 8, add the URLs to the references.  The hyperlink is cool, but not useful for folks who print the document out. There are those who don't read this kind of thing electronically, and I am not naming names :-)
  11. Make Appendix A more compact by using comma separated list of names
  12. Change the (c) on the XML and WSDL in the appendicies
  13. Appendix E and F seemed to have an unusual number of spaces in the footer
  14. Can you verify that the XML and WSDL validate?

sgg
