WSN2.21: NotificationProducer resource properties declarations

Section 4.1 says: The Resource Properties document defined by the NotificationProducer MUST include a reference to the following resource property elements:

Issue: The syntax of the declarations in the above fragment is  confusing. For example, the GED for the properties should not have cardinality attributes.
