Subject: Pull-type subscriptions in NotificationBroker
David/Lily, I would like to suggest adding the PullPoint and CreatePullPoint message exchanges to the NotificationBroker Port Type. The ability to provide pull-type subscriptions seems like a useful value-add for a broker entity and merging them in saves the broker implementing 5 port types (NB, SM, PRM, PP, CPP) in favour of the standard 3. If there is strong objection to requiring a NB to support Pull then there is always the possibility of permitting the broker to return UnableToCreatePullPoint(Fault).
