[wsrm] Initial Membership Requests by March 10

The following is from the OASIS TC Procedures from the web site:
"
The first meeting of a TC shall occur no less than 30 days after the 
announcement of its formation in the case of a telephone meeting and no 
less than 45 days after the announcement of its formation in the case of 
a face-to-face meeting. Persons intending to participate in the first 
meeting must register to attend no later than 15 days prior to the event 
by notifying the person named as chair of the new TC of their intention 
to attend the meeting, and must be eligible for TC participation at the 
time they register. Every Eligible Person present at the first meeting 
of a TC shall be initially a voting member of the TC.
"

Since the first meeting has been scheduled as a teleconf, on March 26, 
2003 (wed) this makes 15 days previous equal to March 11.

So if you want to participate in the first meeting to get initial voting
rights on March 36, you need to let me know that you want to participate
in the first teleconference meeting on March 26.
