Last call, Rich asked us to think about possible functionality not
covered by the coord presentation. Since we have such a bad echo,
I though I would email in my only item:

During an event handling cycle, portlets that have been the target
of an event (or action) should be able to identity if they or other
portlets on the same producer (& page) have been impacted by the
action or the event.

This would allow a consumer to selectively re-render only portlets
that are identified to be updated. Either the consumer can keep &
re-use markup or use client-side logic to avoid flicker.

This is orthogonal to page / fragment caching. It is optional as,
if any portlet that was the target of a event (or action) does not
explicitly specify impacted portlets then the consumer must
conservatively re-render all portlets in the same producer / group.
