Andre,

Can you elaborate, if possible, with a use case? If we want such a 
notification to be considered as an interaction, I think we should 
discuss if Consumers can create and dispatch some predefined events 
(Issue #7). Other than this, I don't see why a given portlet should 
always be included in an event/action handling.
