ISSUE: Check all specs for out of date links to other specs

I am raising this issue to remind myself
that we need to scrub through all of our spec documents to see if we have
any links to other OASIS and W3C specs that need to be updated. I believe
that we have some URL references that we might need to update as some of
the specs we point to have evolved to full W3C Recommendations/OASIS Standards
etc. I have been meaning to do this for a couple of weeks but with the
web-site migration etc. I have not got around to it  We also need
to make sure that all references we make to other specs are consistent
amongst our specs.
