Meeting notifications

Now that the on-line calendar appears
to have been working correctly for several weeks and also correctly sending
out updates to the list I plan to stop sending out duplicate e-mails to
the list. From now on I will update the calendar only and let it send the
e-mails. If we run into problems again I will revert back to sending out
duplicate e-mails.
