My only comment is for required item 7 - I'm not clear on whether this refers to our initial vote to propose WS-Soap Message Security as a committee specification, in which case we should refer to the ballots from last September, and perhaps also the public comments to those drafts. Otherwise the document looks fine to me (for what that's worth :-)

Chris and I have prepared the submission materials per the OASIS TC Process. As discussed on our last call I have just uploaded the document into the document repository so that the TC members can review it. We have to send it to Karl Best (OASIS staff) before February 15th which is the submission deadline for this month.
