Jamie and I spoke with Kelvin on Monday evening to discuss this. I 
appreciate the TC's willingness to make this change. The TC Process 
would not have permitted the previous version of the spec to be approved 
as a Committee Draft as it contained a trademarked name in the title. 
With this change I see no problem with regards to the Process for the 
approval of this spec.
