Karl, I believe it was the intent of the TC that these profiles be considered as a whole. I would describe them as "Additional token profiles for the WS-Security 2004 OASIS Standard"

Others feel free to comment but I believe that was the way the TC voted to proceed.

Is this submission for the purpose of approving a single OASIS Standard,
or two?

And, if a single OS (composed of two spec files), what is its name?

Or, if two, would you please break this up and make two separate
submissions?
