Errata to X.509 Token Profile

In the References section, [PKCS7] references a RSA Laboratories document. It would be more appropriate to reference RFC 2315, which contains the same text, but has been blessed by the IETF.

(This kind of thing will be particularly important if OASIS decides to submit WSS to the ITU-T.)
