Chris and Kelvin,

First of all, thanks for editing the docs.

It looks like the pdf that was produced for the stp has change bars
(which should be removed before submission).

If another round of editing is in order, I would prefer to work on this
today, as I have other commitments tomorrow.

PS: section 2.2 of the stp was intended to sustain the examples without
namespace declarations. That said, if namespace declarations must be
included in the examples, and if we have another reason or opportunity
to edit the profile, I think the profile should be changed to employ the
namespace declaration shorthand used in the other documents (e.g.
xmlns:S12="...").
