Username Token Profile 1.1 introduced <wsse11:Salt> and
<wsse11:Iteration> elements for key derivation from password.
They belong to 1.1 namespace.
Current Errata for Username Token Profile 1.0
(http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/11143/oasis-200401-wss-username-token-profile-1.0-errata-003.pdf)
provides <wsse:Salt> and <wsse:Iteration> in 1.0 namespace.

I hope the Key Derivation section in Errata 1.0 would be removed.
