We will consider any area. The point is we need a sponsor. If it synchronizes with another group, that's even better. Who is sponsoring the XKMS meeting?

 

Since July is just around the corner, I'd say we need a commitment for SF by the end of the week. Otherwise, it will have to be Dallas.

If we are looking at July, maybe we should consider the San Francisco area as we already have XML Encryption (and XKMS) planned there for July 19-20.  I know XML Encryption has a lot of people particularly interested in XACML as well.

I also propose

XML 2001 Dec 9-14 Orlando, Florida, USA

If nobody objects to going to these nice sunny places :-), I'll make a
