In C.1 under the psuedo-code for the rule-combingin alogorirhtym of
denyOverrides, I think line 4127 says:

for( i = 0 ; i < lengthOf(rules) ; i++ )
                              ^
should say

for( i = 0 ; i < lengthOf(rule) ; i++ )


Also, it just may be my copy of MSWord, but all the section headers seem
to be all over the place with different indentations. From looking at the
SAML documents, shouldn't they all be left justified to the left margin?
