Attribute ValueType (DataType) in SAML Discussion

The SSTC (SAML) agreed to discuss the ValueType Attribute issue on their next focus group call. All XACML members interested in this issue should try to attend. In addition, if possible it would be good for someone to post a summary of the XACML position to the SAML list as soon as possible.

One question that was raised in the SAML F2F today (but not answered) was: would putting the type info in Metadata be satisfactory?
