Our glossary defines "Policy" and "PolicySet",
but there is no
generic term that includes both. I notice places in Section 7
that refer to just "policy" and other places that specifically
say "Policy or PolicySet", so I don't think we are consistent.
In the interests of brevity, Could we add the following to
the glossary, and try to use it whenever both "Policy" and
"PolicySet" are implied?
policy - In this specification, the uncapitalized term "policy"
refers to both XACML Policy and PolicySet instances.
Tim, you may have a better proposal. Or there may even be a
hidden consistency that I have missed :-)
