i have created a page on the wiki as a place to store examples, 
requirements, use scenarios and general things that users wish to be 
solved by XACML:

i started by adding a repost (and clean up) of my original Quality of 
Service scenarios.

i recall a number of discussions on the conacall where other such 
information popped up but have not yet been able to track down the exact 
rerferences in the email archives.

to make is easier to edit i created a placeholder for the next entry at 
the bottom.
