Subject: RE: [xcbf] Tuesday, 11 March 2003 Ballot
Phil, When did this ballot start? When was the duration of the ballot announced? The earliest email I find about it is your email of March 11, but this email didn't mention the duration of the ballot. Was I expected to understand it would be two weeks?
