I think it would be a fine idea for everyone to be able to mark off the
time slot on their calendar, and we can cancel the meeting if it turns
out that one is not needed.

As far as the frequency of meetings go, I suspect that meeting once every
other Friday would be more practical.

BTW, what became of the meeting that Phil had planned for last week
Friday?  When I joined the conference nobody was on.
