Subject: XLIFF 2.0 Comments - Duplication in skeleton reference
Comments on XLIFF Version 2.0 Committee Specification Draft 01 http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.0/csprd01/xliff-core-v2.0-csprd01.pdf "skeleton attribute - a pointer to the location of the file that contains untranslatable data for the enclosing <file> element." The <skeleton> element has an href attribute that seem to be having the same function as the file@skeleton attribute. What is the difference. If there is no difference, the skeleton attribute should probably be removed, or alternatively skeleton@href. -ys
