The Format Style example uses the old XLIFF 1.2 <x> element. It should use the <ph> element.


<x fs:fs="img" fs:subFs="src,smileface.png" />

should be


<ph id="ph1" fs:fs="img" fs:subFs="src,smileface.png" />
