Subject: cos01 comment - inccorrect reference to '/' in text where it should be '\' (backslash)
Hi all, Editorial comment: In the definition of subFs the first occurrence of the term 'backslash' comes along with "(/)". The text should show "(\)". This comment originated from a comment sent by David Hudson to the editors: Regards, -yves ---------------------------------------------- From: misc@thetdh.com [mailto:misc@thetdh.com] To: tom@supratext.com; davidf@ul.ie; rmraya@maxprograms.com; Yves Savourel Cc: Hudson, T.David Subject: [SPAM] typo/misuse of term "backslash" in XLIFF 2.0 cs01 Perhaps this has already been corrected, but the first use of the term "backslash" in http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.0/cs01/xliff-core-v2.0-cs01.html is misapplied to an ASCII (forward) slash (i.e., "/") under subFs ¶2 . Later uses appear to be correct. Some could be clarified with "(\)". Additional clarification could be useful, since the misuse of the term "backslash" isn't rare. David Hudson tdh@thetdh.com
