Hi all,
earlier today you have received the dial in details and invite/agenda for the inaugural XLIFF OMOS meeting on 8th Dec.
Please note that eligible voters will need to attend this meeting in order to confirm their voting rights.
People who have not joined so far or who will join after today, and also eligible members who will not make it to the first meeting will need to acquire their voting rights traditionally by attending two quorum meetings in sequence.
Please note that for IPR reasons, the XLIFF OMOS TC is not permitted to work until after the first meeting on 8th Dec.
So the only eligible topics on this mailing list until then are:
- logistics of the first meeting
- nominations of chair/co-chairs
