Yikes! I will look into this. I agree. We need a lasting record.

Also, on a procedural note, when adding or splitting topics, we should not renumber items. So if we have 2 use cases: (a) I have a new proposal and (b) I want to split an existing proposal, it should be done like this

(existing list)
2.1 Great idea
2.2 Great thought and Great notion
2.3 Superb new feature

(after updating for the two use cases)
2.1 Great idea
2.2 Great thought (removed 'and Great notion' as part of (b))
2.3 Superb new feature
2.4 Great notion (was part of 2.2, split as part of (b))
2.5 I have a new proposal (a)

Hi all,

Just a note: Currently features in in the 'discarded' section seems to be *really* removed. I don't see any link to the details of the 'Create RELAX NG version of XLIFF Schema' for example. (but maybe I'm missing something).

We need to make sure the discarded features are just re-categorized not obliterated and dispersed into fine particle of bytes dust in a faraway cyber-blackhole.
